Clare Valley

Located in the northern parts of Mount Lofty Ranges, Clare Valley was first settled in the late 1830s, with the first vineyards introduced and the first wines produced in the early 1840s. The warm climate but cool afternoon breezes is ideal for slowing down the ripening process of the grapes.
