Wine Clique Terms & Conditions for Sales
- The current list will supersede all previous lists.
- All wines are quoted in Singapore Dollars including Goods & Services (GST) at the prevailing rate and offered in Singapore unless expressly stated otherwise. Overseas buyers may, if prevailing GST rules permit, reclaim GST paid according to prevailing guidelines. If you wish to export your wines out of Singapore. Please contact our Customer Service Team to assist you further.
- For wines that are available for delivery, an invoice will be provided upon confirmation. Otherwise, a sales order will be issued as proof of confirmation of purchase.
- Full payment must be made within 7 days from date of invoice, or prior and/or upon delivery unless expressly stated otherwise. Overdue sums carry interest at 1.5% per calendar month.
- All wines remain the property of Wine Clique Pte Ltd until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders at any time after the due payment date.
- Any increase in liquor duties beyond the prevailing rate indicated by Singapore Customs will have to be borne by the Buyer. This applies only to stocks purchased in-bond or stocks uncollected by customers.
- A storage charge at S$5.00 per calendar month per (9L case or lesser) will be levied for goods, which payment has been made but not collected beyond 30 days. We do not offer cellarage services for wines purchased from third parties.

- Delivery is complimentary for orders S$500 and above. Otherwise, a delivery charge of S$30 is applicable. Delivery will be arranged within 3-5 working days from date of order. Same day delivery (applicable only if orders are received before 12pm) can be arranged. Please enquire from our Customer Service Team for applicable charges. All above charges are inclusive of prevailing Goods & Services Tax.
- You are advised to and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods immediately upon collection or delivery (as the case may be) and shall notify us in writing within 24 hours of any shortage or damage. Once goods are out of our physical control, any shortage or damage shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
- Wines sold are non-returnable. We will, at our discretion, consider the replacement of the remaining unopened bottles of any case sold, where the wines is not of drinkable quality. Wine Clique shall not be liable to the customers for ullages or for any deterioration in the condition of the wine (which can occur naturally to all wines no matter how well cared for) that occurs by circumstances beyond our control.
- Please note that tasting scores are not intended to be exhaustive and they may not be the most updated published figures. They are provided as an additional information and Wine Clique shall not be held liable for any errors pertaining to this reference.

- Any contract made herein shall be deemed to be made under the laws of Singapore and parties hereto shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
