Anne Gros et Jean Paul Tollot

A collaboration between Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, Minervois is a result of two well-experienced hands in winemaking with over 20 years of expertise. Their Burgundian style is applied in Languedoc resulting to  a new standard in terms of quality of the wines in the region.

Anne Gros is one of the famous winemakers in Vosne-Romanee for decades while Jean-Paul comes from a family estate of Tollot-Beaut in Chorey-lès-Beaune and has both fell in love in the fine terroirs in Cazelles, south of France, because of diversity of its soil, made of limestone, clay and sandstone and same elevation as with their Vosne Romanee hence, the perfect place and the founding of the winery in Minervois. 

The winery is planting Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes.
