A very fine rosé, showing flowers, peaches and wild strawberries with some pie-crust undertones on the nose. Medium body, small bubbles and a fresh and delicious finish. Maintains its reserve and grace in the end. 2016 base vintage. Seven years on the lees. 53% pinot noir and 47% chardonnay. Disgorged May 2024. Drink now.
