With a green, herbal nose of dried olive leaf, mentho-lyptus and sage, the 2015 Estate Reserve Red offers elements of dusty plum and blackberry. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is still tight and youthful, needing an additional year in the bottle to fully form. At its current state, it's food friendly and will remain so well past its tenth birthday.
