One can smell the minerality as there is a flinty character to the aromas of just sliced citrus and beautiful array of floral elements that include acacia, carnation and lilac. The medium dense and almost painfully intense flavors possess a mouthfeel that is very much akin to sucking on a small pebble before culminating in a compact, moderately austere and built-to-age finale. This is serious, and seriously classy. One to strongly consider.
