The 2022 Saint-Romain Village had been racked into tank the previous week to be bottled in January. It has an exuberant bouquet of orchard fruit, lime and grapefruit. The well-balanced palate has gentle grip and a silver bead of acidity with a vivid, energetic finish. What a great little Saint-Romain.
