Description
Furmint is the most widely planted grape variety in the Tokaj wine region. It is capable of producing elegant, mineral-driven dry wines as well as late-harvest styles and the famous Tokaji Aszú. Beyond its ability to accumulate high residual sugar levels, Furmint is also known for its naturally high acidity, which gives structure and freshness to the wines.

On the nose, the wine is complex, showing pronounced minerality alongside delicate pear notes. On the palate, it is rich and well-balanced, offering layered complexity, refreshing acidity, and distinctive volcanic characteristics that reflect Tokaj’s unique terroir.
